To make your spa experience as enjoyable as possible…

Age Requirements: For courtesy & safety of our guests, children are not allowed in treatment areas unless they are receiving spa services.  Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.  As a courtesy to other guests, late arrivals will be charged the full service fee & will not receive their full appointment time.

Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation &/or change of scheduled appointment is required within 24 hours for any single service (48 hours for multiple services) to avoid being charged a 50% cancellation fee.

Gift Certificates: Certificates are non-refundable, non-replaceable & must be presented at time of payment. 

Gratuities:  Tips are not included in our service prices & are left at your discretion.  A standard gratuity is 15-20% of the service price.

Payments: We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard & Divine Wellness Spa Gift Certificates.

Pricing: All treatments & rates are subject to change without notice.
